I always loved trials as a kid but after 10 years army, a marriage and 3 kids I gave it up....... UNTIL NOW!! I've bought a 20" Onza and I will get back into it
Hi Charlie can't believe I have only just found your channel, subscribed straight away and have watched video after video on here, love your riding. I have had a trials bike for around 5 years but haven't ever really got around too properly riding it, it doesn't help the brakes are pathetic and the back wheel is slightly buckled. I would like to ask for your opinion as I want too start riding properly, the bike I have at the moment is a onza blade frame but everything else has came of an onza t bird. Do you think I should spend the money too get this working better or should I buy a brand new bike? With what I have now I would need new pads and a new back wheel
Hello, is great to hear from you ! thank for you support :) personally if i was you i would invest in a better bike not necessarily new but something with better brakes (disc brakes) and abit lighter. Although it may cost abit more in the end its worth it because you can learn with the right tool for the job :) (and it will have high value if you ever want to sell it) Don't hesitate to DM me in insta, charlierolls5 ;)
Lucky your parents supported you, At that age Mine used to see stuff like this as delinquency and thus the most expensive bike I had when younger was a £80 high frame appollo. I used to shred it but it broke all the time and I never got a better one. Now I'm 32 and generally hate life, I always wonder what it would've been like if I'd had access to decent stuff, By the time I could afford for myself I was too old and fed up to do anything about it.
You age 10 is around the level of my riding at 28 👍🏻👍🏻😂😂 keep smashing it Charlie a joy to watch!
I realised the same after 23 years of riding trials at 39. :) Hard work pays off. Congrat good luck and keep it up.
