This is Rockman EXE Beast aka Megaman NT warriors Beast. This series was never aired outside Japan. Also Megaman NT warriors Stream and Beast+ was skipped too. 2006 is the last episode.

Jack Mcdig third was Stream and fourth is Beast and then fifth one is Beast+. Manga had Stream and Beast but U.S. didn't had anime of it. Stream and Beast have many violent scenes so American Studio stopped airing Megaman NT warriors. Even Access had violent episode so They cut it out 4 episodes and aired it.
