XUV rear seat space is better than Nexons but it looses out in boot space segment. XUV also got all 4 disk break...And 4 air bags . Both r good cars..But I don't think nexon has any advantage over the XUV on highways.

It is more posh in terms of driving, its a car based on bigger Tivoli but Nexon is based on X1 platform of Indica, hence the difference. XUV has 5 more airbags in top model.
For 80% city drive and 20% highway then xuv300 is best.. Because in this case boot space doesn't matter only comfort and rear space matter.. Nice video 👍

The problems for the xuv are the boot space, old design of the infotainment and buttons, and a lack of rear ac vents.. The nexons' biggest drawback is the chunky A pillar, after sales service and the quality of the various parts like some small but not major problems keep on croping up with tata cars .

Three important aspects missed / avoided during the comparison video are:- 1. Higher torque of the XUV 300 2. Front parking sensors 3. All 4 wheels with disc brakes The above mentioned features make XUV 300 a much better choice than Nexon since the prices for the full option variants for both the cars are almost same.

But XUV300 has many more exclusive features like connected car tech, tyre pressure monitoring system, wheel positioning, dual zone climate control, steering modes to name a few. Hence in my opinion XUV300 is a far better choice than Nexon any day considering that the price for the top spec variants of both the models are more or less same.
Xuv 300 is car which good for both highways as well as city it has better and good mid range punch due it's extra torque in its entire segment both Nexon and xuv are equally offer better comfort and practicality but Nexon offer more better in terms of styling and design but for performance offcourse xuv 300 but xuv can be improved in terms of interior styling no doubt had good cabin space in entire segment and power unmatched even xuv 300 had a better petrol engine then a Nexon both of Nexon and xuv 300 diasel is good

Need Suggestions : I am planning to buy XUV300 W8(O) MT Petrol, and took a test Drive on last Saturday. It was an amazing experience except one thing, I have faced some issues related to the gear knob vibration, mainly when the car is in 1st gear and not moving. When the car started moving the vibration is zero/negligible. I want to know if it is a common problem for all the XUV300 versions or not ? If not then possibly the test drive car have some problems.

I had taken Tata Nexon but after driving my friend XUV 300 . I feel jealous. Tata show room experience is pathetic. Accessories fitting done by showroom is not up to mark. I do not know about workshop experience, still need to do my first free service.
Be satisfied with what you have Tata Nexon is a great product and as compared to maintenance cost and services Tata is a true winner.Mahindra vehicles don't have that much good service KUV100 is a big example for it👍

Xuv300 only gets its cream leather seats in w8 optional which is top end..in rest models the seats are black as same as Nexon. So other models don't feel that spacious

Nexon.has lot of quality issues and reliability is a big question mark. My new nexon needs a service visit every other month. It is safe and well balanced on road but tatas quality control is substandard . Stay away

2 yrs later in Dec2023, when nexon facelift is already launched and xuv300 facelift expected in 2024 and Dec offers running good, I just booked xuv300 amt w8O and that's the best decision for my small family. I booked nexon fearless which has 3-4 months waiting a week ago and now going to cancel it.. reason - it feels too claustrophobic and there are no cup holders in the front and no 1 litre bottle holders in the rear doors... extremely poor planning from Tatas...

Major problem for For XUV-300 is not boot space but feature distribution throughout varients and while for Nexon is the after sales service

I am a beginner and want to buy a new car, which one would you suggest XUV300 or Nexon. As we are 6 feet height and bit heavy in weight and we don't travel much. Please suggest....

A car with very small boot is not an SUV, it is a hatchbak.
A car without 4x4 or AWD is not an SUV, it's just a crossover branded as SUV rather I should say jacked up hatchback.

Nexon.has lot of quality issues and reliability is a big question mark. My new nexon needs a service visit every other month. It is safe and well balanced on road but tatas quality control is substandard . Stay away

2 yrs later in Dec2023, when nexon facelift is already launched and xuv300 facelift expected in 2024 and Dec offers running good, I just booked xuv300 amt w8O and that's the best decision for my small family.
I booked nexon fearless which has 3-4 months waiting a week ago and now going to cancel it.. reason - it feels too claustrophobic and there are no cup holders in the front and no 1 litre bottle holders in the rear doors... extremely poor planning from Tatas...
