Kim .Johnson I remember when I was really small and I'd get sometimes get up early to find my mom would be working out to this downstairs so I'd always try and work out with her lol
Speaking of Leslie Lilien and rare, one thing that I'd love to see if a hard to find programming called "Video Aerobics" (not to be confused with the 1986 release from Interglobal featuring Jana Gillis). Released in 1981 on VHS/Beta and CED featuring Lilien and Susie Murphy as instructors for Amstar Productions, that was perhaps the first exercise/fitness program to be released onto home video, with a follow-up, "The New Video Aerobics" released in 1982 with Julie Lavin replacing Susie, the same year Jane Fonda's Original Workout came out. I don't see any copies of the former though online for sale, though I do see a couple of the 1982 version available, albeit in the obscure CED video format. That said, I find it an important piece of video history given that video workouts continue to be as popular as ever, 35 years later. Hopefully someone can upload this someday.
@@thelastnotary What you on about? I did Jane Fonda workout for 7 years. There are more words than 'do it, oh yeah'. You obviously never done the workout. Ffs
@@thelastnotary you sounding creepy ok. There's no way on this earth that I could do this now - age, bones, discs in neck & back. But heyho, I'm still here for it 😊
Thank you so much for sharing this clean version of the song! I've been looking for it during years and only got versions with the Jane Fonda voice giving instructions. Again, thanks!!!!!!!
Thank you so much for uploading this file!!! This song is like an anthem to my life! But still I am searching for my own copy of this LP or maybe a better btw. clearer mp3 file (no offense, I am thankful that you uploaded it!!!).
How many times have my Mom & I 'gone for the burn' to this track on "Jane Fonda's New Workout?" I was thrilled when Jane finally released her official DVDs & even more glad I have them to use during this pandemic although I prefer the original & low impact routines now. Was this song ever available commercially? Sounds completely 80s chartworthy to me but I don't remember seeing a video or hearing it on the radio. If the sales of the workout counted I'm sure "Do it" would've been platinum for sure!
Was my favourite song when I was really little. My mom used to do this workout video and we would do it sometimes with her.
