Let me graciously CLAP for my friend, Nyametie. Well done you, Nyametie. I like this TWI song. Very nice recessional song. All the best Nyametie. From Albert, uk.
Dear Nyametie, as a "church organ" player, i think it would be important for you to listen to some of J-S Bach's most famous organ works and i'm willing to suggest to you a few of them if you want. What do you think ?
Hello Martial yes I agree with you and I have not done much in learning Bach's pieces. Kindly send me the list and I will try my hands on them too. Thank you
@nyametiethepianist Good afternoon Nyametie and thanks a lot for your reply. I'm glad to read you are enthusiastic about it. You know, Bach is not only the greatest composer of the baroque period (17th to mid 18th century), but also one of the most famous composers ever in classical music. His work is so big and so important that almost all composers after him, like Mozart and Beethoven, have been influenced by him in their compositions. I would like to suggest you a few organ pieces to listen to, but they are too difficult to play, Nyametie. It's not hymns but very tough preludes, fugues or other kinds of compositions. I just hope you will enjoy to hear them and I'm sure it will be a true revelation for you, the same way it's been for me when i was your age. Big hugs. 😘😘
My favorite hymn❤
Good to know, thanks
