Astel may not leading Reid's team, but this team really synchronize really well. With reid as leader and the tank/support role using gibraltar, he can protect and recover any of his teammates that are recovering/down. And with noah and astel going offensive, it becomes really hard to stop especially if both clutched really hard. Plus, with noah using bloodhound (ngl her bloodhound was op)with her scan and astel's octane with his good eyesight and hearing, both of them literally became the scout at the same time. Beside that, reid literally the big brother for these two kids when those two make comedic trio moments.
They are strong when these three masters are together, but they are stronger when they going all out and let their 'bloodlust' on the loose🤣🤣
I really look foward how this squad goes in tomorrow's match. Astel,Reid,Noah-chan gud luck on Kagayaki Cup👍👍👍👍
I don't think I've seen Noah playing this aggresively. She usually play cautiously and cover her teammates from behind, but I gotta say this work for the best. And just as Astel said on his tweet, Reid call to stop was really effective, otherwise he would've been down more and Noah shot calling is something he doesn't have, so it helped him out.
They took home the cup(300k yen actually but you know what I mean hehe)

Just wanna do a shoutout to Reid because his Gibby play supported the team fantastically, from the great dome timings to the revives and nades, its chefs kiss.
They called him dad (or at least they felt he's like a dad, I'm not sure gomen) afterwards on twitter because he protected them when they went unga bunga ww cute
a good gibby means a good team
I can never do well with gibby. His huge hitbox is one factor but his gunshield seems to be so fragile. It breaks after a few shots.

Aniki and Anego are on a warpath and Reid really does a good job on covering them when they overextend... I really like that astel is not the team leader since he can focus more on scouting enemies and shooting them while not having to worry about his teammates

Reid felt like he didn't do much but his support is super strong and saved the team a bunch of times ^^!! His team synergy is amazing (◍•ᴗ•◍)/!! Looking forward to the real tournament soon

He's basically the white mage, Noah is the tank, and Astel's DPS. Lol.
Reid is the core of the team for sure. I think their only weakness is no main order and it gets confusing often. Noah has most input on order as is, but i think they'll do better if she takes the lead like they originally planned, before Astel replaced Bora. It was Reid/Noah/Bora in the Apex Restart festival last week with Noah on Wraith and they got first Champion on tournament day.
I love their team dynamic!! With Astel and Noa's ungabungapex, and Reid's support on the revive and dome timings.. AMAZING!!! Also, their communication are top-notch!!
I've said it before that Astel is super good with his aim, game sense and he is confident with his ability to win gunfights and gain the upperhand. But he really is too aggressive in a lot of scenarios, especially during encounters where his team are in poor positions. Having this team composition that can 'YUKKURI' Astel is really really good. It's like knowing went to unleash the beast when knowing when to keep him leashed. This team is very strong. Hope to see them go far in this tournament.

I saw it live and screamed. It was super epic!! ^^ 20 kills as a team,13 kills from those were Astel's.
This was one hell of a sweaty game. I think I saw someone did an analysis on RAG tourney, and he said Astel had someone to hold back his bloodlust last time (Kira), and now in this team you can see how a controlled bloodlust is insanely scary. Noah, Reid, and Astel complements each other's playstyle. And while Astel is not shotcalling he gives a lot of info so his teammates know what's going on.
I came to the stream right as this game started and was not disapointed
They now have such a great dynamic! Astel definitely does best in offence, and Noah is balanced so its good that they both can cover one another while Reid is the level-headed one in the team to support them both.
Astel went off again lmao, i guess offensive playstyle fits him the best.

I wouldnt say its "alone", he had a lot of support from Reid and Noah cracking armors for Astel to get half of his kills.
Not alone but he is the one doing the most damage
@@noe4354 well its harder for a slow support characters like Gib doing more damage if they aren't dome fighting every team. Gib being big and slow and Bloodhound scan also attracts focus fire so Astel can fire more freely, everyone does their share even if they aren't doing as much damage or getting the kills.

As amazing as this game was, they only won that final ring due to a strong position. They played that final closing ring pretty bad, as well as some other moments. Feels like there's still some tension due to unfamiliarity with Astel since he hasn't really played much with others outside of Bosna-san and Holostars.
Kurumi not calling for cover when she got pushed by the Gib earlier. Then that final ring, man they could have easily thrown that. Both Kurumi and Astel went to different sides, trying to end separate players. It wasn't even a safe push, but a very risky position kind of push. I would have preferred if Reid called them to go push one side and used his dome.
