Boys Noize's trademark, heavy industrial sound came when electro was a refreshing outbreak from the norm when it first hit in the mid-2000s.
Since then, Boys Noize has become one of the biggest artists in dance music, collaborating with everyone from A-Trak to Daft Punk to Snoop Dogg and earning praise from Rolling Stone and of course, Mixmag.
Boys Noize's latest album, 'Mayday', was released last week to exceptionally high reviews and is Ridha's fourth studio album. It leans towards the more experimental with portions of his classic sound mixed with collaborations featuring Benga, Poliça, Hudson Mohawke and more.
Following the release of his album, the producer will debut a brand new live show with HEALTH, Poliça and Venus X. Part of the never before seen setup will make its first US appearance in New York City on July 30 with Jukely Sound Projects.

i was dancing harder in my room than this entire crowd of people. i wish these people that got invited to these things were actually cool and knew how to have a good time, it makes me jealous that they get to be there and experience, they dont even seem to care
If this were at a proper rave people would be dancing, but this is at some bar from the looks of it and the folks are more likely drinking alcohol than consuming stimulants.

Some people don't realize when they're intruding on someone's set. Learn from this to never let anybody step in and try and steal your thunder. You can't always be nice. Sometimes you just gotta tell people to step off.
To remember the roots of EBM and add some Front 242, Kraftwerk and Nitzer Ebb is awesome. That is where my club DJ past got it's start. Well done, Sir.

The first time I saw Boys Noize was in 2007. I didnt know who he was. It was in miami, I was in the very front closest to the stage. He came out and opened with this sick track that hit so fucking hard that I got nauseous and vomited over the railing. Everyone, and I mean every single person danced there ass off from start to finish then when the next DJ came on (I think it was Bloody Beetroots) literally everyone left.

He came to my hometown I was so hyped to see him when me and my buddies showed upto to the event there were only about 20 to 30 people that showed up. Pissed me right off. They rather listen to knobs like chainsmokers and tiger lily than this amazing artist. Anyway I had a blast that night.
