No it is actually not The song is made by Eminem it’s called never enough made in 2004 it was on his 5th album called Encore And Kanye was not on it originally (you can tell because it says remix don’t mean to be a smart ass or anything though)
He took Kanye‘s part from the song „Diamonds from Sierra Leone“ and removed the instrumental (today it’s even easier with AI). And it fits quite well in „Never Enough“ because both tracks have the same BPM.
