@@ellwoodwolfdon’t be a gun snob! I have had problems out of every manufacturer on the market. Sig, Springfield, Remington, Kimber, Dan Wesson. But I have a High Point that just runs and runs and runs, bought it as a joke. If it’s what you can afford, test it out, if there is a problem it is usually apparent right away.

I like my Rugers, Max 9 (came with a red dot installed as a nice package)for the holster and the LCP II for my pocket 😊
Kel-Tec nailed the micro gun 25 years ago with the P32.Still carry it in a pocket daily.
Shield Plus gets my vote, Performance Center just has a great trigger, up to 15 round magazine, ported barrel.

I am more than happy with my Springfield hellcat. I can hit targets consistently and easily conseal carry .
Colt defender in 9mm
It's a great little pistol. All except for that takedown. It requires a tool. Every handgun malfunctions due to occasional ammo quality issues or user induced due to the small size of it.
When this happens and you are under fire, the only thing that will save your life is a quick field strip to clear a squib.
You're likely to die while looking for the tool or a spent casing to actuate the takedown.

I love my Shield Plus,but Taurus is not a bad gun for money.They make affordable firearms,and are highly underrated.
I got a GX4 a few years ago, 325.00 with a 50.00 rebate. I like it, no issues.
Traded my Glock 27 for a gx4 and I couldn't be happier... 11+1 13+1 but I carry the 15+1

The GX4 Carry, the 15 round version of this pistol, is my carry gun this summer. Can’t beat it for the price.

I won a bid over Memorial Day weekend, I guess everyone went out to party including the 13 bidders. It started with $1 bid when I saw it at $210 with no intention of buying but it was so cheap I put in a min at $215.99 n left. 1/2 hr later I got an email told me I won a Taurus GX4 Haha what do u know ❤️☮️
I liked your video, but for somebody who has a job and doesn't count pennies wouldn't you say the Sig Sauer p365 is a incredible badass gun for concealed carry
Sig didn't invent this category. Kel-tec did, with the P11. Go back further and George proved it was possible by making a pocketable double stack 380.
Sigh legitimized the concept but invented it? No. Not hardly.
I hate to admit it because I have many Glocks and love them all, but I shot my 43x side by side my GX4 and to my great surprise, I shot the Taurus better. Tighter groups and less recoil. I will continue to carry my Glocks, but GX4 is in the rotation. It can also be pocket carried.
S&W CSX is awesome and the most underrated - so be it.
The GX4 was my first gun show purchase when I moved to Idaho and found it awesome but had to send it in for the recall but since then it's been great and the second gun show at a smaller venue angered me so much I bought the Stoeger STR-9SC and find that slightly better shooting but not as light lol

Am looking for a G3 because of the restrike capability just for laser training so as not to have to rack the slide on every shot. At the end of the day it could be cheaper than a training pistol or reset smart mag etc.
I like the 1911 and own 3 of them I didn't have a 9mm and didn't really want one but they hooked me on the price so I picked up the th 9mm it's a full size and after shooting 1911s for so long it was like no cross over I couldn't miss I like it cause it's hammer fired and I never carried my 1911 with one in the tube but with this one I can and don't think twice about the one under the hammer it has a nice Dubble action trigger never thought I would own a 9mm but I do now and it's a joy to shoot.
I had a g3c and it was ok trigger was little ruff and it was kinda picky with hollow points but it was ok. Traded it and I went with a canik mc9 for a little more money I feel it’s a much better pistol the trigger is way nicer. And it came with all kinds of extra stuff the Taurus came in a cardboard box with 3 mags. I carried that for a while loved it shoots nice specially for it’s size. But then went to the 43x I think the canik shoots better but the glock carries better. If Taurus is what you can afford go with it they work there not as nice as many others finish being the biggest issue I have seen with Taurus but they work. I also have a couple Taurus revolvers and they also work just fine no issues again other then the cheaper finish.
I’ve had a gx4 for a while. Mostly I like it with a couple of buts…. First- it light strikes on some Russian ammo. A lot! Reliable with better ammo. Second- the bottom of the trigger pinches my finger. I’ve slightly shortened and rounded the bottom of the trigger with a file and emery board. Problem solved however if Taurus or an after market company would make a reshaped trigger shoe I’d buy it! Other than those issues I like the gun and will carry it when discretion is warranted.
This model was recalled for going off by itself like the 320
lol let’s not get started on sig’s p365 recalls.. 😂

The P938 is smaller than the P365 and my choice for a micro
The one I've been "Eye-ballin" has been the "Canik Mete9",.....12rd & 15 rd mags. They came out early last year, but I've heard of some problems with them, so I'm waiting............
I had a Sig and found it did not suit me. Sold it and did not replace it. I can see the utility of a pocket pistol but it must shoot well.
Like most of their other semi-automatic pistols do, does it have the second strike capability??....

Smith & Wesson Equalizer having an internal single action hammer coming with a 10, 13 and 15 round magazine; higher quality and similar in size; bought mine for $399.00 at Buds Gun Shop. There have been problems with the Taurus GX4 and a majority think the GC3 is much better and more reliable.
Canik Mete or TP9 SC are much better pistols in the same price range

I agree the gx4 is great budget pistol that performs above its price. For me I went with xl model. Same grip size just bit longer barrel. In fact just picked up the carry model 15 round very nice.
But for micro I say stoeger str9mc. 350 bucks. I've shot it multiple days with my other pistols and accuracy and shotability won above the rest.
How do you like that magazine release button? Mine is a little too easy to drop the mag.
Mark does your gx4 slide slams shut when you lay it down on the left side with no mag in it? Mine does and scares me at the range.
