I helped a Nigerian man in Virginia to purchased half acre of land in Ghana, closed to my house, he has built 16 apartments units for rent. Before helping him to purchase that land, I asked him why not Nigeria, and he told me that he built 5 bedrooms in Nigeria, but his family members took over the house planning to kill him so he moved his mom to Ghana, so that's why he built that apartment house. He is in the U.S but making a lot of money in Ghana because of that property

Ghana is far better secured than Nigeria even their government is more preserved than Nigerian government. Am from Nigeria living in Ghana currently Ghanian has many benefits from government such as hospital, school lights and many more. I feel more secure in Ghana than Nigeria even if am not a Ghanian.
