It works this way: one is charged in the jurisdiction where one committed alleged crimes. Ergo, a jury of one's peers is collected from the jurisdiction in which the crimes occurred. Lesson: maybe do your criming in a more favorable jurisdiction 😅

1) many of the “questions” were outside of reality and 2) an attorney general cannot discuss anything about ongoing cases - to protect the case and everyone involved with it, including the accused.
@@born2bwildne744Nope. We see over and over the witnesses gladly answering questions from the left, but when a conservative asks them a question that shows their ineptitude or negligence, they filibuster. It's always the same thing.
@@corystajduhar I watched the entire thing - he refused to answer questions from all sides and it depended upon the question and topic as he considered what he could and could not say.

1st they were not stolen. 2nd Jack Smith admitted to the court that he added pages like the "TOP SECRET" pages seen in the photos or "mess" up the order of the Documents (read his argument HE SUBMITTED trying to justify his unethical & unlawful actions) Those were NOT in the classified documents the former President had in his secured residence which is secured by secret service & has been allowed by law for all current & former Presidents. Taking classified docs has NEVER been allowed by law by a Senator or Vice President. Both of which Biden did while in those two positions NOT as President.
