for the VCC voltage the ground connecting to Anode of the diode and positive line is on the Cathod side right? how the curent/voltage will pass from the coil
Biasing voltage=control voltage= auxillary voltage=...e.t.c. In given example of car it is battery of 12V, which starts engine and keeps all necessary voltage inside car (lights, sirene, window openers,...control of I.C.E e.t.c).

it depends on the circuit configuration, each circuit have different value of the resistance it may be from 50K to Mega ohms if you are interested, then check video number 386 for more details and calculation
