Hi bhai, I have similar experience and I too have some video on my channel if you want to watch.
So chain, yes I too had to change at 20000 km and since in the new chain there is no cut link, I had to fit new rolon chain and sprocket.
Rear tyre changed at 25k, I choose MRF as replacement but I would recommend continue with ceat, the MRF grip is not better.
Around 25k my front fork got loose and some oil leaked, which I believe might have happened on some potholes in some trip, since I tour as well. So that I got fixed from a local mechanic for less than 1000.
On tours I have ridden this bikes at its peak speeds for hours without break and this machine is just wonderful. A little slow for Highway, heavy for curvy roads but wonderful.
Also I too have ppf on all metal body panels of bike, it just keeps bikes shine intact.

Absolutely, glad to hear that, not doubt it’s a absolute masterpiece. I’m also enjoying too, could have been lil faster . Or one more gear option should be there …. Rest it’s fantastic…. Again lovely to hear from you ❤️❤️❤️❤️
