I remember 35 years ago hearing Brother Lonnie for the first time. He said, "The old ministry who walked with Brother Branham will step aside, and newer young men will take over." I think he was preaching a message called "Changing of dispensations." Nobody ever made as much sense of the Message to me as Brother Lonnie.
@@patriciapendlbury2603 he believed that Branham was a prophet for the gentiles and the end times. And of course it’s come to light that WMB had failed prophesies and wrong teachings. Lonnie Jenkins passed before much of Branham’s inconsistencies were exposed. Lonnie’s son, Jeff Jenkins, resigned as pastor of this same church about 9yrs ago, after a lot of falsehoods were brought to light (he released videos, explaining his position and what he discovered -all on TH-cam ). Sad how he was treated on the day of his resignation, after over 30yrs as pastor…they did not want him to talk “too much” about the reasons. You can hear from him directly online too, if you’re really interested. Anyways, everyone who knew Lonnie, know that he was a good man. Very sincere, indeed. RIP Lonnie Jenkins.

He was my favourite teacher when I was in the message.
But obviously, like many, he was deceived. However his heart was in the right place.
Interesting! How was he deceived? I only discovered him 3 years ago.
