Big No. It's kinda hard because you have to many focus. Getting 5-7 Evo Point ASAP, getting to U10 for finisher, and many more. As a Blood main, I don't really recommend this deck to any new players. But there is one Blood deck that you could try and it's very easy and aggressive.
I understand Alice helps with both conditions but imo she's bad when you reach 10 cards... two grimnirs at the cost of one Alice and one Milnard would be better maybe?
Alice is much more better. Draw for Milnard and restore 2PP for another Milnard too. And also when we only have 5 or less Evolution, we can use Alice for Auto Evo and Draw also 2PP recovery. Alice is much more better than Grimnir.

Been trying this deck. Its insanely bad against mysteria. It can win but only if everything goes absolutely perfect. 90% of the time my hand is bricked with asuka gadul, etc that cant deal with a full board on turn 5.
Just ran into my first one of these hostage forests. They bounced transmuted goddess over and over haha Arti portal has some nice burn and storm if uou can get to them I'm lucky I won

The deck seems so fun to play but against the Manaria deck and Alice it’s literally impossible to win
We still could win against Manaria when we manage to counter it perfectly with Neutral Evil. But overall, Manaria and LW just need to get Nerf.
