He closes in with the right to shoot, but pump fakes instead, and the travel is him moving the left. The step through after that would be legal had he not moved his right leg first prior to pump fake. It's too close to the ref, and they always seem to be more focused on the upper body to catch a foul, and a small travel like that is out of their filed of view. But then, there are 3 of them, and one should've caught that. But then again, if the left was a gather step, then moving the right prior to shot fake is establishing it as the pivot foot, so then it's legal to move the left foot which makes the entire move legal. Honestly, it's sad that commentators on the most viewed NBA show, who are all legends in their own right, don't know those rules. It's even sadder that they are so loud about it.
