- Caught up with my pal Harry and love every minute of being in this mans company. As a West Ham fan he was a hero of mine growing up, so it's an incredible honour to be co-hosting the Harry Redknapp Show podcast with him.We'll chat to guests like Piers Morgan, Sir Rod Stewart, Eddie Hearn, Frank Lampard, Romesh Ranganathan and many more. You've got a brilliant interview style and you do something that so many other interviewers don't. Something so simple but so important. You ask a question and then you listen to the answer. You let the other person speak without interrupting. Which is great. I hate interviewers who keep interrupting and like listening to the sound of their own voice.

When he mentioned Andres D'Alessandro, wow what a player he was! Remember him skinning two players out on the right wing turning inside then slamming it with his left top bins - incredible
He played at a very good level until his 40s as well.

@@Cayo737 You play guitar? I've been learning about a year, kind of struggling what to practice now, just getting into the major scale.
@@jimmynich4791 yeah to be fair I've been self taught since I was a youngster, what helped me progress was mainly starting off with riffs that I liked and occasionally using ultimate guitar and then just build up. I feel like it's better to learn the music you like whether it's chords or riffs etc. and then dedicate your time more on scales. You'll find you stay motivated to playing as you can see results fairly quick. Keep playing away 👍
Great interview Dodge. I have to say that I've seen most of the videos on your channel and I haven't seen a bad one. I have one question to ask you. What year did you first go to Upton Park?? Even though I'm not a West Ham fan, I still can't believe what a bad idea it was to leave Upton Park. Especially for that soulless bowl in Stratford, where the stands are far away from the pitch and the atmosphere doesn't exist, compared to Upton Park.

i've watched many interviews with Harry Redknapp and even though every interview ive watched he talks about the same things I NEVER get bored of listening ta him talk about the old days. He just talks to the interviewer like there old mates down the pub having a chat ........ YOU CAN'T NOT LIKE HARRY REDKNAPP and I bet if you asked the ppl that interviewed him they would say the same ALSO @43:51 if he would of took the ENGLAND job all this reported "clicks" within the ENGLAND SQUAD" would of been fucked off right away
I totally agree with you. I've watched many interviews with Harry and I don't find any of them boring, even though some of the interviews tell the same things. Absolutely brilliant stuff.

Harry Redknapp if asked to do some charity work, the charity is directed to his agent who then tells the charity that it will cost them 'X' £1,000s. This man is a multi millionaire. The richer they are the Scrooge -like they become. This is fact & the charity pays up too.
I do not know how he gets away with it.
Feel the need to balance this out by letting you know that we’ve done a number of pieces with Harry, including a couple of charity events - where he just turns up and gets involved, and money is never even mentioned. No agent, direct communication, we ring - he answers, no diverting us to anyone else etc.
Harry and Sandra do tonnes of charity work for FREE. They always giving back and they are 2 wonderful people 👍🏼👍🏼
I opened a leisure centre in north east London in 1984 and was quoted £10,000 for Garth crooks for 5 hrs work. I settled for an Olympic gold medallist for a grand.

Harry did wonders for Bournemouth football club in his 10 years as manager and even 30 years on since he left, he still goes to all the home games 🍒
Beat my team Manchester United when he was Bournemouth manager in the FA Cup 3rd round in 1984. We were the Cup holders as well. Milton Graham scored I think. As a young kid, I didn't like Bournemouth for a good while after that!! 😂😂
