I was at the MXGP in Charlotte. It was the loudest crowd I’ve heard in my life. I was sitting by the finish line and in the 2nd moto it got louder and louder every time coop crossed the finish line. Dude was hauling some serious ass. Hands down the best race event I ever went to.

Me and all of my buddy’s, Charlotte locals, and long time moto fans were all at that race. I don’t think I’ve yelled that loud or been that hype at any sporting event in my life 😂. It wasn’t even that big of a crowd but holy shit everyone was going crazy. If I remember correctly he was way back from Herlings and every time he crossed that finish line the crowd went ape shit. Definitely a moment I’ll remember forever couldn’t imagine what it must of felt like for Coop.

Funny and oddly enough, before I came across this clip about their similarities I sawr a thumbnail of Webb with a KTM cap on and goggles around the neck but mistook it as Señor Herlings 🤣 Timing was flawless! I know it's not related to moto x.. in my opinion the best US motorcycle win was Kenny Roberts in Germany, it was pouring rain and none of the Germans would give him rain tires.
He carved his own tires and smoked em all.i think it was in the 80s.
