so when entering, you get an entry for every album you buy! every store is different and i’ve only won 2 vc so far but from my experiences, the store will contact you first before anything. for weverse they just sent one email and then confirmed my identity right before the call. after they gave me the okay sign i was put on hold for like 2-3 minutes. i screen recorded it and then used another phone to record the audio! i hope that answered your questions!
