Hello,
In this video, I shared a very easy frilly skirt sewing.
I used 1.5m viscose fabric for this skirt. If the width of your fabric is hip + 1/2 hip width, it will be enough.
I sewed a skirt 100 cm long. I adjusted it to have a 70 cm top and a 34 cm ruffle. You can make this part in any size you want. See you in my next video :)
