For those broken up about the break up, here’s a spoiler.
I’ve only played through once so far, but there is a ending where Max has decided to stop running from Chloe, ending on a somewhat optimistic note that Max may reconnect with Chloe. So there’s still a chance for them.
The devs shite all over Pricefield fans breaking Max and Chloe up. Pretty much making the sacrifice Chloe ending a better ending then sacrificing Arcadia Bay. As a result with the Bae ending you let everyone die only to lose the girl in the end. Stupid devs 😑
Man, this was such a sad melancholy story. Seeing now 28 year old Max move on without Chloe by her side, either in death or break up.
Honestly I couldn't play this game if I had chosen the ending of Chloe dying. It would had hurt me so much but the one that I saved her wasn't easy either, to see how they just erased her from Max life..

I don't know why she wrote Arcadia Bay on it. I really doubt the first thing that comes to her mind when Chloe is mentioned would be Arcadia Bay.

I think Victoria would not changed in this case. If I remember correctly, when Max chose Arcadia Bay instead of Chloe, Victoria isn't going through any horrors and traumas. The most that would have hurt her - Nathan's arrest (it would hardly have changed her personality much) and Kate Marsh's suicide attempt. Again, the latter might not have happened at all in this ending, because the person who hurt Kate would really be punished by law.
i think they were on good terms but she was still...victoria.

I don't really give a shit what people or Deck Nine say, this game is not Canon for me, Don't Nod made OG game and im going with Micheal's (LiS creator) canon - Max and Chloe are togheter and living happy life after storm and no one will change my mind (And please, Bay Ending people /Deck Nine meat riders....don't write "cope" or "womp womp" it just wil confirm my opinion that Bae ending people/Pricefielders are more mature than you)

What's more mature than someone who doesn't realize that relationships don't always last? Reality is bittersweet, and even though I won't object if anyone calls this lazily written, its still not as horrible/unrealistic/whatever as this fandom makes it out to be. Teenager relationship with one of the participants being chloe doesn't scream a long lasting and happy lol

@@beepboopitsjoop4678 have to agree. Even if Max is happy Chloe lived, Chloe would NEVER forgive herself or Max that Arcadia Bay was sacrificed. While Chloe desperately wanted to get out of there, she didn't want the entire city and most people wiped out, since she was ready tp sacrifice herself as she stated before you made the decision.
Additionally, a relationship based on trauma like this is a relationship that's going to have a VERY hard time surviving longterm. Yes trauma bonds, but as I've seen someone else's headcanon to this and fully believe that myself, Chloe could have started to doubt if Max has been using her powers to go behind Chloe's back or use it in a way to keep Chloe in the dark. In my opinion, with Chloe's TERRIBLE trust issues and abandonment issues, this is very likely.

Why not just hear each other out? This isn't to change anyone's mind btw If you want to continue shipping Pricefield, go ahead- more power to you; I just want to give some perspective from the other side!
@@Ekklesia2680 Chloe doesn't exactly have trust issues, more likely Abandonment ones, Deck Nine just made her paranoid as shit and simply turned her into a pussy, where in LiS1 she had guts to shot Frank and in BTS she could roast guy thrice bigger than her
Also Pricefield isn't based on trauma like people said, those girls literally were best friends since they were little kids, i don't know where this Trauma shit came from
And my final words, i follow Micheal's Koch canon which is LiS1, 2 and Comics, and nothing will change it unless Chloe comes back in DE, Micheal himself said that Max and Chloe are still togheter and happy and since he's OG Creator of whole Franchise i only respect his and Don't Nods canon
