I won't say this one's bad, it does gives a "tycoon" feeling, but I prefer the old version more, it sounds stronger on the "transport" feeling. (In my opinion.)
John Broomhall was the composer for both game's soundtracks, and Locomotion's main theme is as much a development on Transport Tycoon's as the game itself is.
Nikola Randjelovic That's because the game's music is in MIDI and the output sound depends on the sound card (or conversion process, in this case.) If you played in DOSBox, you likely used OPL-2/Ad Lib so a search like "Transport Tycoon Deluxe theme Ad Lib" would probably get the result you were looking for. If you played on a real DOS PC, you should find out what your sound card was, then search for that (eg, Transport Tycoon Deluxe theme Gravis Ultrasound" or whatever)
Tommy59375 5 I played it on windows. I don't use DOSBox unless I really have to... I might reinstall it and try if it works on this computer and record it to see if it is as I remember it, and if it is, I'll send it to you
best game ever!
BUUUH, this game is so underrated.

Sounds awfully a lot like the main theme of Chris Sawyers Locomotion...

It never sounded like this on my computer when I played it, somehow this sounds much less clear.
