YES! FOUND IT! I was having trouble finding your videos again to share with friends. While I'm here, I just wanted to let you know too that the card games you shared in your videos not only have kept me sane in the evenings through this pandemic but also kept my partner calm during a really stressful and chaotic stay in the mental ward. a few months ago. I think it's part of why they discharged her early, they saw she was using coping mechanisms like your lovely card games to regulate. Carpet was one of the ones she liked a lot! Accordion and Block 11 have been favorites of both of ours. Anywho, just wanted to let you know that we weren't your intended audience but your work has made a tremendous difference in our lives these last two year. Thank you! Your energy and clarity while teaching is what really allowed us to take these, love them, and have them in some dark times. All the best!

What if you were to pick up a card for the first game and it was a seven, then you put it in the 7 section and there are no blue cards left in the u section.What would you pick up?

I did it after 19 or 20 times
wai what do you do if the mid cards are gone
and what do you do when the card int he slot 9 is 9 but lets say in the slot 3 you get a card 9
there are no cards left in slot 9 waht do you do then
Apologies for the late reply. It's up to you. Technically, you would lose the game as you no longer can pick up a card but where's the fun in that?! I would take another card from the '9' deck or whichever you just picked up from. It's quite rare this happens so I'd reshuffle and start again personally :-)

It's strictly mechanical, yes. Outcome is determined solely by the layout. Still fun and exciting for some.

For the 2nd game if there are no cards in the carpet to put on one of the foundation what should I do ?

Hi. I was given them as a gift about 10 years ago but hopefully you can still get them. The box says, 'Hong Kong Celebration for all Seasons Playing cards' by Hong Kong Tourist Association (I'm guessing they bought them from a gift shop!). Happy hunting!

what happens if u get a kings as ur first card
You put it in the middle of the clock beside the deck as normal and pick up another card. It's the worst possible start 😲
Once u have put the card in waste pile Dont take it(excluding the top card)
Then see whether you are capable or not of making single set🙂

How is it a game though? You don't have any input. The shuffle is the only part where there is some sort of influence on the outcome. After that, it's predetermined. How can you game it?
That's the fun of it! You never know how it'll end. Though with the second one, you have more control, because you can put some cards away for later, which is like shuffling it to your advantage. Hope that makes sense😊

That clock game is pretty dumb. You just flip over cards as directed, no choices, all random luck.
It is purely random you're right but I personally enjoy leaving it all to chance and seeing what comes up. Who knows, if you go into with a sunny disposition you might just get lucky! :-)

First game is pure luck. You have 1/13 (7,7%) chance of winning (the last card being a king). I don't see a point in playing that game... you could just throw a 12 sided dice and get a similar result. Well, seeing as it is intended for children I guess it's an ok game.
