And while running github actions , i am getting this error:- configuring terraform aws provider: no valid credentials sources for terraform Aws provider found

Error says that you have not configured IAM user access key and secret which has access on the AWS account. Please do the same first and try again. It would work.

As at enterprise grade we don't explicitly run "Terraform Destroy " commands but Terraform code Comment which would eventually destroys the resources.
