As I started listening to this again, something interesting happened. I thought about one of my past flings and how he apologized to me for what he had done to me. BUT he was younger than myself and didn’t know any better lol. But as I was listening to this I remembered a part where he told me he had changed and I brushed it off. And now, I forgave him in my mind. Idk why this came to mind it’s been YEARS. I think maybe there was a part of me still holding on to it. Maybe a belief of some sort? I ended up realizing he had changed for the better when he told me. Anyway, I forgave him internally and let it go. This is powerful. Maybe it was a limitation of sorts that I had lol thank you!
