Brody was so gorgeous and a great singer and dancer. He truly loved Rachel and was nothing but good, loving a kind to her. What he did for a living had nothing to do with that. It was easy to hate him because we were all waiting for Finchel to get back together but Brody was a good guy.
He may have loved Rachel but he was a hooker and he didn't tell his own girlfriend he was having sex with other woman. I agree that sex worker's can be very good people,but in this case he just lied to her. She had the right to know her boyfriend was having sex with other woman.

This moment was one of the most tearful things on the show for me. We've got Rachel singing with a guy from college, in a place where all the ambitious students meet. She is on the right patch in her life, with the right people, heading towards success. Getting the things she always wanted to have... And there is Finn, looking at her. Lost and failed, without any plans for the future, nothing to hold onto. Without Rachel (officially). He must feel heartbroken as hell but despite that, he must be happy to see that his love is not wasted. And his decision to take Rachel to that damn train station instead of the marriage is one of the best things he did... but at the same time the worst. I think that he sees himself as a burden for her now, with nothing to offer and seeing her with another guy makes him realize that she can be happy with someone else. Later we can see that he is jealous and mad at Rachel, but I believe that mostly he is angry with himself. During the song, we've got two completely different worlds and at that moment it is obvious that they don't belong.

Looking back, Brody's only crime was lying to Rachel about his work (I'm not gonna discuss whether I think that's bad or good, but it was certainly enough for Rachel to leave him). You can tell Brody genuinely cared for and loved her, he was probably her most stable relationship which didn't involve any drama (if you take Finn out of the equation lol)
Brody had the least the least drama with her excluding finn? My guy finn breaks up with her like 5 times. Sure finchel had good chemistry but they were absolutely not even remotely stable
