Your cutting boards are awesome. I’m a wood turner but you’ve inspired me to try a board. Do you just use a regular paint roller for your glue ups?
I've seen a lot of your videos and they're awesome. I've never seen that glue up station before though. Is there a video that reviews it and/or how it's made?

I enjoy watching your videos you do great work. I am building a end grain cutting board. I flattened it and started sanding it and noticed it was starting to cup out on the side that I was not sanding. Why is it doing this?

It will withstand use, no problem. The wood itself will crack before the glue joints break apart.

Ok, so I need to get a router and one of them sled things for it, a planer, a good table saw, some pipes to make that cool work surface for assembly, a shop to hold it all, and then a gazillion clamps, and lots of glue. Heck, anyone can do this. lol.
Great work though. I think even if I had all the tools, I'm lacking the patience and organizational skills to ever put something that cool together.

I watch these glue-ups all the time and hardly ever see them use wax paper (or something similar) on the clamping bars to keep them clean. I have used wax paper for decades and it makes cleaning a breeze. There’s gotta be a reason. Can someone please explain?

I noticed that you build that board totally different than the other zig zag boards , the maple is thicker,you need to make a video more detailed.
