Seems the protein number are always a bit exaggerated. Great content and cooking for sure , yet can we get some protein and numbers ? My math isn’t mathing
I guess you could swap the chicken for tempeh or tofu. I don't remember the protein in tempeh, but tofu is roughly 8g of protein per 100g (will vary based on where you get it from) so you won't loose out there. And if you just want some more veg, you can cook the chicken or tofu with some bell peppers, onion, and broccoli, to make it like a stir fry. Maybe bump all the seasonins up by 1tsp to compensate for the extra volume. Or you could throw a fried egg on top when you're ready to serve if you don't feel like cooking the extra veggies to give it a little protein bump.

100g chicken breast have 31g protein. If you count it, 8x31= 248. But for 4 equal servings(53g protein per meal) , i only get 212g. How?
The greek yogurt, rice and chicken stock all contain enough protein to make up the difference.
