I think the one hiding under your stairs should have been Clownpiece, since she lives under Reimu's shrine, and the shadow on the moon at night should definitely have been a lunar rabbit, since the whole thing is based on the lunar maria looking like a rabbit. And Sekibanki should have been involved.

As someone else said, the video is 3 years old, DDC had came out just in that year in august, not enough time for the models to be made and included in the making of the video .
Ortrus Onozuka Strange then that they included Seija and Wakasagihime.

I can tell a good amount of work went into this but the animations are awful stiff.

i feel cringe, but it's cool
the cringe is.. the animation need to be smoother.. i saw some kinda robotic movement
also the camera should be like shaking a bit so it will be look alike realistic
but anyway it's cool tho.
