Hi, do you know how the phase of the differential signal is chosen? Because sometimes ccd will measure on/off/on/off data and sometimes off/on/off/on data which is flipped. I am having hard time to fix this issues.
Hi, you need to measure the phase of your chopper together with the first spectrum acquired by your CCD. once you know if the first shot corresponds to a "pump open" or a "pump closed" event you are all sorted. Here I am assuming that chopper and CCD are synchronised to the laser

apparently the time of light traveling 1cm is calculated incorrect. 1cm should be 0.033 ns rather than 0.33 ns.
