Just Beezer, Grand and MI are here now, they need another 1 or 2 as they doubled the area since buying texplex. Will be Goodland now, not Prairie Ridge.@@RealtorPerez
The open concept floor plan steals a home of valuable wall space. All these windows will take the space used for a console, armoire, or more seating. Think about hosting a party for 10 people. Where are they going to congregate and place their personal belongings?? The idea of a small narrow hallway to greet guests is ridiculous. There should be an ample entry to accommodate a seat to take off shoes, and wall space for hanging purses and jackets. The tiny hall closet is probably housing the owners belongs, so where is all the space? It’s a “visual expanse of space” that doesn’t allow for the desired walls to accommodate practical furniture. Small and narrow accessories aren’t practical for living, just useful for a marketing picture. Builders need to do better!

This house is horrible, cheap, and mediocre. I don't know why people are still buying new builds when these investors do the bare minimum, and the houses fall apart in 30 to 50 years. Give me a home made with care, integrity and quality materials and made before 1990.

A house like that shouldn't be over $175k. Its ok but it definitely doesnt have a over $350k wow factor yo it. Mainly because it looks dated
