Docker for Desktop in windows requires Windows 10 PRO or Enterprise. As you are getting this error, it means you must be having a lower OS version (eg. Windows 10 Home/Windows 8.1/etc.) and in that case, you should use Docker Toolbox
waste of time. didn't told about how to create image of a project. Waste of complete one hour. NOT RECOMMENDED.
