The command line option doesn't work with Windows 11! It is a problem with the core isolation feature. Even if you've activated this via commandline the green turtle will stay.

No worries, I found out how to enable the SVM Mode in a MSI motherboard if someone is interested…so the pathway is this: Overclocking setting - CPU features - SVM Mode and clicking disabled options in front and finally - Save and Exit…
