the crazy thing is this is the second time min-su indirectly killed her 1. first time he ran off when she told him to take her hand and he went with Thanos (killed her mentally) 2. the second time was him missing the Bottle by a split second (indirectly got her killed)
People say its her fault for making Thanos's friend angry at her. But she just tried to stand up against the bully who treats Minsu badly, she was brave for that. ALSO, she's the member of X team, she would still be target by Thanos's friend doesn't matter if he's angry at her or not.
I think if Thanos was still alive she wouldn't have died cause he would of convinced him not to attack her. Then again Thanos was kind of chaotic so who could say what he would do but he seemed to have a soft spot for his Senoritas.
yup, and i'd like to believe Frontman would have actually helped to stop the squid game if Gi Hun was consistent in his resolve, at least consistent enough to change Frontman's mind, that people and society have changed, but Gi Hun proved to Frontman that Gi Hun can be just like any of the executives running the game, doing things (from his own perspective) for the greater good, so he betrays the players and goes back to being the Frontman. Because in his mind, he too, is doing things for the greater good.
You can hate player 001 (even if you did realize hes the frontman) but he literally had the most logical plans and did the best for the group. If he did not off the man in the room they all 4 would have died (so including him and 456 friend). Also it was more realistic to just attack the O players first to begin with. 456 was naïve even though his intentions were good
456 or Gi Hun lost his good intention here... and 001 aka the frontman proves it. If he want everyone to survive, his best shot was just stick with voting, defend the X to keep casualty at minimum then win vote and go home. As much as despicable the game maker is they never actually broke any rule, they also more lenient with the vote compared to the 1st game. (Keep in mind everyone on 1st game including Gi Hun himself were sent home safely after the vote, until they return to the game by their own choice. So Gi Hun know 100% they are going back home safely if win the vote) Gi Hun not only tell his plan to just few people he not even bothered to warn the other X to defend themselves, they literally got killed while sleeping, and he is the one made this plan knowing what will happen next, then he watches they all died in right front of him. He didn't even bother to tell about the fork that can be used as weapon and the glass bottle, it is hinted as he stare at it he know it's meant to use as weapon. As ridiculous as it sounds I think he did not use or say anything about it because he simply despise "the game" and wont play it. This is the moment it's not about saving anyone anymore for Gi Hun, it's for revenge to the game itself. He choose not to kill or punish the obvious greedy murderers on O team simply because he doesn't want to be in the same level as "the game maker" so yeah, its 100% revenge, not saving or kind or anything just pure hate towards the game.
@@MrBronze15Actually, it's not pure hatred that he went for the higher ups, he took an opportunity. It was the only time that they could take the weaponry of the guards at that point. But the real reason is literally explained in the show itself. He knew that if he didn't go after the game makers, and if they were to win the vote, there was a high chance that everyone would just return to the game willingly, which leads to them dying. Furthermore, he knew that he didn't end it here, there will be future games to come. He knows that no one else can lead the players to stop the game makers from making more games and continue the cycle of deaths, because he was the only one who refused the money, if it were someone else, it's either they keep the money and go home knowing that there will be a next game, or they are too afraid and incapable of doing what Gi-Hun did here. The only mistake here that can be argued was that he got too desperate in this situation and risked the lives of other people, but the reasoning was valid. Sure he hated the game, but he had more hate on the fact that if it doesn't end here, countless more people like him will end up dying, he is the only one with prior knowledge of the game, and the only one willing to go back and help others and end it. Heck, I bet that if he wins this game too, he'll come back again to fight, though he could be stopped by the front man from returning.

This might be the flaw on Gi Hun’s plans, he sacrificed people from X side, his original purpose is to save these people, but the revolt could have a better chance if less of them were killed and more to join the revolt.
im my opinon i literally think gi hun actions in last episode was out of character, he was shown throughout season 1 and season 2 to be pure good, he even talked about refusing to stick to the small group and tell everyone what he knows of the games, and now he's suddenly willing to let others die on purpose????? yeah right lmao

I think this is more realistic than not and shows how poor democracy can be. This show shows a lot of things I feel aren’t talked about enough. 1. How greed influences peoples actions in times of desperation. These people are choosing to stay in the game because of their desperation from their debts. They feel the game is the only way they will be able to pay off the debts so they are willing to do whatever it takes to win. 2. It shows democracy isn’t always best. Majority vote is good for some things but one thing that has to be realized is that it isn’t always best for humanity and it is always going to fuck over some people. Young-mi was crying to go home because she knew continuing to play meant certain death. She and others got condemned because people did what they felt was best for them and not the majority.

Humans are animals. You are no better than any other animal as well. Humans kill billions upon billions of living creatures a year for their pure enjoyment. They are one of the only species who literally hunt other creatures for enjoyment by means of hunting. If you think you are better than animals because you don't do the killing yourself then you are wrong. This scene is disgusting, imagine all the poor people who only wanted to go home being stabbed with forks only becouse some greedy assholes wanted more money, thank god IS fiction
Same as season 1
She and others got condemned because people did what they felt was best for them and not the majority.
it's real
What if I make it happen, what happen if I kidnap 456 people and steal their money as the negotiation and compensation for their own motivation to play the game
Is worse in reality sadly
0:23 bro got pulled
2:33 i see cameraman
1:18 semi death
Guys I found out the 2nd killed actually chose O and got killed by falling down the bed
MIND YOU MINSU IS 27 AND SHES YOUNGER. HES just a sniveling coward with now nobody on his side in the games.
The first kill was kinda scary tbh
semi died bcoz its her mistake not others involved she could save her like say byok like she defend herself by escaping and staying with her own group in previous fight
2:34 cameraman
This scene pissed me off she was one of my favorites fucking hell.
She was a great character yeah I just hope that min su builds some courage and gets revenge for her by killing nam gyu in season 3, after killing her, he doesn’t deserve to live through the rest of the series, and min su being the one to kill him in the end would be a satisfying conclusion and in my opinion make her death meaningful in a very good way
It goes to show, if you're weaker, maybe you shouldn't go around squaring up to those stronger than you that are also willing to hurt you.
Thanos better tho

her death was so unnecessary, it was a 15 second scene and then nobody talked about it after, like cmon they should’ve let her live im so pissed
Barely anyone knew abiut her
Not all deaths have to be dramatic
@___-000 she was a queen it should’ve been
@@honeyybea Wdym she was a queen. She got barely any screen time clearly she's not important.

I was expecting Min Su to jump and kill Nam Gyu instead, but my expectations ruined 😓 I really love her character
NGL I was fine with the guy being a coward for the majority of the show because if we are being honest most of us would be like that
And I will give him his flower for trying to help with that bottle but come on men, she is literally the only friend you had, even when he betrayed her, she still cared about him!
HELP HER, JUMP THE GUY!
Would you follow along with gi hun’s plan of sacrificing some of your people to die n hide?
@ probably but do I have much of choice if I want to get out of the games
@@nightsoul395 tbh personally id rather take my chances playing the games, at least i know theres a chance to win there. Gi-huns plan seemed super doomed from the start, i was just thinking "theres no way this works, right" the entire time, and it turns out i was right. they never stood a chance
If he jump in they would’ve had a fighting chance cause that dude was literally on top of her 2vs1 is better odds surviving
If he tried to jump him, then nam-gyu would kill him too. However, now he's kinda in deep shit bc nam-gyu would probably be trying to kill him at any chance he gets now because he [Min-su] picked X too
Not FRONTMAN killing the guards lol😭😭
If you want to see the death of player 380 1:13
2:34 did someone see the cameraman?
this one genuinely made me depressed
The first death made me loose hope in humanity 😢
She could have won only if those players didn't push her when she tried to stab him
Or if she were better at politics.

2:33 I saw a camera man at the top right side corner
The starting of the scene made my heart melt
This clearly shows how humans can behave like animals
Do you agree with the player who was trying to kill them with the guard’s guns?I do
Humans are animals. Just a little higher evolved animals but still animals.
I don't care whether you killed the cow yourself or not, if you eat a steak, you are just like any other animal out there who simply follows his primaeval nature. It's kind of Ironic that a member of the most evil and violent species, (aka, humans) is accusing animals of being the immoral ones.
Why is nobody talking about that first death? It was god Danm brutal..😭😩
She is the only one character in S2 that I feel semi (no pun intended) emotionally attached to. It is too bad.
But the way I see it, they are gonna die sooner or later, so don't get attached.
I feel like bc of how much main characters in s2 they werent able to increase the length of minsu and semi's relationship so much so to leave a deep impression, its unfortunate bc i felt sad for semi but not as much as i hoped to be
Gyeong Su was my guy but losing Semi and Salesman HURT
I liked her when she stood up to Thanos and his junkie goon and when she was giving that twink advice
I thought her name was Se-mi, which hinted at her making it to the semifinals, but I was shocked to see her die here.
I know like this season she’s 1 of 2 characters I care about
2:34 i just noticed a camera man lmao
Thanos be mad
im so sad se-mi died, she was my fav character
Lets be honest guys, many of yall have consumed too many heroic fantasy in media and are so confident that youll be able to kill someone with a shard of glass for a person you just met in a literal death game. Min su is a realistic portrayal of what many of us will do. None of yall have ever even really been in a real full contact figght and are someohow so confident youll be able to play hero. Ive fought in boxing and muay thai and would still be absolutely terrified in a situaton like this. You not the hero you think you are
I know I would have not even thrown that bottle because I would be crying and hiding 😢
Like democrats with conservatives/nazis
If he jumped on him the most likely thing is that they would have won, if someone else's body falls on your head it could kill you even if that guy is light, on the other hand you are somewhat right, maybe I wouldn't help her, it's the kind of things you do for someone you really appreciate, plus there were a lot of people attacking each other. If he hadn't failed the bottle throw everything would have been easier.
Man, I'd be terrified, but I'd still beast try to jump on the guys head
@@dlink4300 wait you want him to jump from that height onto a guy? Sure, you will probably kill the guy or knock him out but you are gonna break your back or arms or legs and maybe a concussion.

I have _never_ been in a situation like this before but for some reason I feel like I can relate to Min-Su being too scared to save the girl he obviously is fond of and finds attractive. I hate it, him not taking the opportunity to help her will have haunted him forever.
My cousins childhood best friend got beat up by my cousins other friend in school once and she was there because her main friend group wanted to watch a fight but she didn’t know who it’d be between
Everyone who was in the classroom next to where they were waiting came out of class and nothing happened but when my cousins childhood best friend came out, my cousins other friend quickly started beating them up really badly to the point of a nosebleed
My cousins parents found out and started to yell at her blame her for it saying that she should’ve jumped into the fight and saved her childhood best friend but she would’ve been in more trouble if she did
(Sorry for yapping but this kinda reminded me of that scene 😅)
I felt so bad for player 125 cause he looks like he has been through a lot of trauma and try to saved her but failed
Feel bad? The man is 27 and just sat there and watched her die like he couldn’t jump down and help
He was scared
