I don't even want to imagine how long this took... Although it seems as though there are a couple of missing grabs (soldiers running behind you and slicing Ryu's throat and the ninjas with katanas past chapter 2 flipping over him and stabbing him). Was this intentional or an accident?

It is actually intentional. My channel focuses on grab attacks from non-human enemies, so those soldiers are excluded.
