un tech-comm ? est il un technicien d'abord ou bien un commerçant?

Donc en gros le technico commercial c'est un peu un standardiste compétent qui doit se familiariser avec toutes référence de produit avoir une bonne écoute , proposer des alternatives. Aux clients !!!
