- Wat Muang is located in the Ang Thong District of Thailand. It's home to the largest Buddha statue in Thailand, which stands at 92 m (300 ft) high, and is 63 m (210 ft) wide. The Buddha is in the seated posture called Maravijaya Attitude. The temple grounds are also home to a hell garden (spooky!) and depictions of famous wars in Thai history. The area also has a lot of street food vendors to satisfy your hunger and thirst, while touring the area on a hot day. I highly recommend a visit to this temple on your next visit to Thailand!
