In this video I will explain instantaneous power by comparing it to the sinusoidal function of the current and voltage. Starting with the power equation as a function of time is equal to (½) times the current and voltage tine the cosine of the difference of the 2 phase angles plus the cosine of 2wt plus the 2 phase angles.
