    I would like more information on the HRIS role, (i.e., HRIS Analyst, Professional, etc.). For example, is it a stangnat role in HR? Do you need to have experience in all HRIS systems to start out in the role or no? A day in the life, etc. Thanks for HR video series. They have helped a lot!😊

      So glad they have been helpful!! I actually have a video coming out next Sunday regarding an HRIS Analyst role. But to answer some of your questions, you don't need to know every HRIS system out there, but you do need to be well versed in the HRIS system the company you're applying for is using. For example, if a company is using Wellforce, they expect the HRIS analyst to be familiar with Wellforce. Unfortunately, I can't do a day in the life since I'm not an HRIS Analyst, but I will be discussing job responsibilities in the new video coming out :)

    Great video, id love to learn more about the HRIS professional. What does the role require? what a day in their life is like? Is it a challenging field to enter? Does it pay more?

      I’m about to graduate with my BA in HR management and I’m interested in becoming a HRIS Analyst. Where do I start? Are there remote jobs available?

    I have a question why would a HRIS specialist need a bachelor's in computer science and math ?

    Hi carmen ! Very interesting video. I live in France and i'm HRIS manager in my company. My aim is to provide some informations about our activities via webinars or little posts on LinkedIn. One of my questions is : do you know any school or diploma specific to HRIS. I know some in France but not in other countries. Thanks!

    Hello! Can recommend videos or material that will teach me how to use this software or the most common software. I want to get into the HR field and want to get a head start on learning how to navigate through the systems. How did you learn…or can you offer any tips on learning it to be more marketable to employers? Thank you, I really appreciate and enjoy your content.

    • @latkagravas986
      @latkagravas986 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hope your in it already (HRIS). You mentioned navigation...'all it really is having many windows open of different systems/modules/reports/3rd party data base/timekeeping, intranet from your desktop of what your company gave you access to. So if you process or administrate HRIS data to get your duties done. Do your job search on HRIS and some, not many don't have their prerequisites to tidy. When I provided training and development, I welcomed all levels of understanding ---but they got trained on it. Best wishes on your career.

    Thanks for the video! Can you please make a different el between HRIS Specialist and HR Analyst?

    • @latkagravas986
      @latkagravas986 ปีที่แล้ว

      Sure. I Specialist may only monitor a PR part, HR part, or TM part and support it etc....and Analyst will go beyond the Functional on data related needs and reporting and report any unique trends. That's where you vlookups come int.

    Hi! Can HRIS track or reflect employee a potential candidates ethics and values or is that out of its scope?

    • @latkagravas986
      @latkagravas986 ปีที่แล้ว

      I've not seen it, but in the LM (learning management tool) they attempt to. I dont participate in it, cause all folks need a job.

    People don't take responsibility when things go wrong because people make a mountain out of a mole hill. Many don't look for solution.

    Hello Carmen, one your really beautiful. Two could you do a demo video with an actual HRIS system, then 3 could you recommend highly functional HRIS systems?

    • @latkagravas986

      Depends on the company wallet, but stay away from ADP on it ---they like to think they are in the same conversation as the big 5. Especially when they do their promo presentations on it.
