    Hello Timothy! Love your channel! I was wondering how someone might structure code in Webflow to effect the cms? Like to link an api so clients can add events to their calendar. 🙏

    Hi, Timothy! Thanks for this helpful video :) always inspiration! awesome. I have questions for you! for writing custom code on webflow, Do I have to updrade site plan, not just remain at the statement with starter plan?

    It's been just a week and I am already hooked onto your channel and content as I am currently building our own agencies website. Since you asked - I was wondering how can one make a "Slide to Connect" button on Webflow, I've tried looking up a bunch of forums and resources but haven't been able to find a solution - any help or direction would be appreciated ❤

    What's the easiest way to set a delay on the javascript before it executes?
    Example: Say I wanted to fade-in animate my hero text with custom code, but wanted to ensure the loader has disappeared before it started.

    • @timothyricks
      @timothyricks  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you! The easiest way is with a JavaScript setTimeout function. I cover how to use it in this tutorial and also have the code in the video description. th-cam.com/video/xiAqTu4l3-g/w-d-xo.html

    If I add JS inside the HTML embed, is it going to work?

  • @oliverlopez3648
    @oliverlopez3648 3 ปีที่แล้ว

    Hey Tim, I’m confused on the overall capabilities of custom code within webflow and thought that you’d be the best to ask. Does it create the possibility of making an ecommerce product bundle system? For example, where three different products are added to the cart with one click of a button, and an automatic discount is applied. Thanks in advance and loving your work 😊

    • @timothyricks
      @timothyricks  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Oliver, I haven’t used WebFlow e-commerce before so I’m not exactly sure what they allow us to modify with custom code. My guess is that we could add those items to the cart with JavaScript but they may not carry into the purchase if webflow’s backend is handled separately

    • @oliverlopez3648

      @michaelirava 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@timothyricks fair enough brother. I asked because there's a few web design projects that I would've loved to see if you were interested in, after watching a tutorial of yours yesterday. What struck me was how well your Webflow project(s) are structured as I've bought some templates to use in some projects and even though the design was alright, the structure in terms of how the project was organised and things like the classes were all over the place. But yeah, I'd like to see you try your hand with one of my projects which is for a Sporting Organisation - I'm pretty sure you'd knock it out of the park 🙂
