Customizing The Events Calendar CSS - WordPress Calendar Plugin

it's not working .. the CSS file is not loaded, i put it in 3 different folder in my child theme :
- tribe/events/tribe-events.css
- tribe-events/tribe-events.css
- and the root folder of my child theme
