He’s got a nice mix of shiftiness and power. Love watching his footwork especially. Rarely see the guy caught off guard or have bad body position heading into contact.

Jonathan Taylor is who Giants fans and nfl fans think Saquoan Barkley is . I am a Chargers fan but even coming out last year, I was impressed. The guy is like 230, running a 4.3, with patience and vision. He has all the tools to be the best running back in the NFL and he already is. Even last year, the guy rushed for 1k 11 TDs as a rookie on a loaded and talented backfield. Nothing but respect for his game, the guy is a beast and is only gonna get better now that he’s the #1 back in the roster.

Taylor also has a 5.6 average yards per carry to Henry's 4.3.. So Jonathan Taylor is honestly better. I just looked up Henry's stats from his 2020 season and compared then to Taylor in 2021. Henry had 378 attempts last season, that's 108 more than Taylor has right now. That's about 7 more games worth of rushing, and about 5 more games worth by the time Taylor finishes the 16th game, which is the equivalent to last season since it's now 17 games a year. Taylor averages 110 yards per game, so 110 × 7 would be 770+ more yards. Add that to his 1,520 yards and you're looking at 2,300+ yards if Jonathan Taylor was given 378 carries.. Not to mention he has the same amount of touchdowns (17) as Henry had I 7 less games worth of carries. So although Henry had an insane season with a little over 2,000 yards and 17 touchdowns, Taylor in 2021 is having a better season than Henry ever has. And if you want to bring up who has a better o-line, just know that Taykor averages 3 yards AFTER contact.. That's the most allowed in 10 years.
If you were ever a running back you can appreciate how Taylor " Falls" down. He knows how to protect his body when he is being tackled. Bending his knees and pulling his ankles in and together when he us wrapped up by multiple defenders. That helps cut down the risk of injury. You see alot of top level receivers do this as well.

Henry's stiff arm is only as affective as it is because the dude is 6'3 240 lbs, Taylor is the better all around back.
