It's eye opening for the CEO to have to work at a the fast pace he set to make his manufacturing standard amount. I think more CEOs should have to stand on a manufacturing line.
Every type of higher up. Should work at least 9 hours a day. Four days a week rotating in each labor position. Just watch and ses just how fast. All of the necessary adjustments get made. For both much safer working environment. Easier operations for the work force.
SO NEXT TIME you send that email cursing out a manger because his staff aren't pulling out enough burgers, maybe you'll think k next time what your employees have to go through day in day out
No, I'll just wonder why the manager was standing there doing nothing and letting it happen. These CEOs and managers make way too much money compared to the work force actually putting in the labor. If they want to convince me their job is necessary and requiring of those extra funds, everything better be immaculate.
If you watch the actual episode, all the workers complained about the supervisors not doing anything or helping out when things got tough. The one you see here would just chill in the break room.
awe i just hope that he sees how hard it is to keep up with this growing population an appreciates his workers even more fast food work isnt easy but challenging.
They would of reprimanded this employee already for not TRYING harder and even let them go . This CEO should be demoted . They always act so Superior to us , acting like they are better but we keep them in there paychecks and big houses etc...
THIS IS HILARIOUS!!!😂😂 THEY ALL SHOULD HAVE TO WORK EVERY STATION AND LOOK AT THE LOW PAY AND EXPECTATIONS THEY ARE PUTTING ON THEIR EMPLOYEES!!!!😂😂😂😂😢😢😢😢
He didn't. WC is somewhere around a 100 years old. And many CEOs have no idea about the business they're running. It's all about profit. He probably makes 10 mil a year and can't do a minimum wage job.
i am addicted to those sliders. they are better fresh from the restaurant imo. those frozen ones aren't bad but the ones at the restaurant are and will always be the bee's knees 😋🤣
Man, do I have a bone to pick with White Castle. 49 years I have waited for them to come out to California and the closest they've gotten is Vegas. Sure, we can buy them in the frozen food aisle but it's not the same and often they don't hold up well in the freezer that long.
I think it's great for a CEO to have perspective, but you try to run this show in reverse and ask some of those folks to go in a board meeting or keep up on projections and then suddenly they are gonna have the misses. Don't think because he can't do this you could do what is required as an executive.
"OH WOW" - Executive code for, it's been 20 years since I've done manual labor if I have ever. Done a legitimate days work at all since Mommy & Daddy paid for college
Love videos like this. But no one ever remembers fast food is considered "unskilled labor" which is how they justify paying so little for said labor. It is the same as factory work. Time teaches you to do the job so pay at least factory wages.
It would be cool to think maybe he gained some respect for the grunts in his organization. But I am not so inclined to believe that he will change even one thing to help them nor appreciate what he would view as an entry level job really entails.
It’s actually sickening that someone like him can be the overseer of so many lives/opportunities/ jobs, when he can’t even keep up at the bare minimum. Imagine buddy, they do this EVERY shift & what do you do exactly? Hopefully he’s a good man because this should be beyond humbling for him but unfortunately if he’s not this won’t do shit except make him glad he’s where he’s at on the totem pole and they’re where they’re at.
The next time you want to boost production rates, maybe consider that somebody is already at the attainable limit and that boosting production for your own self gain will result in catastrophic failure for your company.
If you think that making burgers in bulk is a prerequisite for being a business executive, then you don't understand how business works. Do you also think that someone with a physical disability shouldn't work at a fast food restaurant's corporate office just because they can't work an assembly line?
He has worked in an office for 40 years, plus his age. He's not 20 with associated reflexes. There are people who are made to do manual labor and those that aren't. I was told at 18 that I wasn't suited for fast food by a guy who had 30 years experience. He was right.
All CEOs of every company once a year should go and work for at least one week in there business
AGREED 💯
I would say 1 month for some companies.
It's eye opening for the CEO to have to work at a the fast pace he set to make his manufacturing standard amount. I think more CEOs should have to stand on a manufacturing line.

I am falling out he can’t keep up with his own business😂🤦🏾
Good, the man needs to kno how to do all parts in his business. Or else u fail
Kinda reminds me of the I love Lucy show when Lucy and Ethel worked in the chocolate factory 😅
SO NEXT TIME you send that email cursing out a manger because his staff aren't pulling out enough burgers, maybe you'll think k next time what your employees have to go through day in day out
these jobs are pretty simple once you get up to speed
These people are hired actors...
Hired actor? He's literally the CEO of White Castle

Dude that belt speed is insane
awe i just hope that he sees how hard it is to keep up with this growing population an appreciates his workers even more fast food work isnt easy but challenging.
I must have gotten some of the ones he worked on. All mine have looked like that, lol.
I'm in TEARS laughing at your comment! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
idk why when the CEOs mess up they try to be cute about it and say “uh oh im messing up” it just makes me mad
Breathe
Why u mad brah
but they learn hopefully that it does not stop the show

How did he start White Castle without even learning how to work in a kitchen quickly
cause he didnt found it his grandfather did i believe

@@joewallaert8939 But he can do a 10 mil a year job then though right?
He may be out of practice with physical labor.
More of the higher ups need to go under cover
i am addicted to those sliders.
they are better fresh from the restaurant imo.

Just move to California! These tiny burgers are nasty fresh or frozen!!!
Excuse me Mr. CEO can you pleeeeeease bring White Castle to North Carolina?? I'm from Jersey and we missed them! Thank you😊
He's never worked in food service, but has a business in one
so he is learning

Crazy part is there is a clear cancer warning on the box. Keep eating.
I think I got a few of his masterpieces
I don't know a single CEO or manager of anywhere that can keep up with the workers they think are only worth minimum wage.
The old days when they could smoke in the break room. Probably the lobby too. I’m so glad those days no longer exist. 🤮
"OH WOW" - Executive code for, it's been 20 years since I've done manual labor if I have ever. Done a legitimate days work at all since Mommy & Daddy paid for college
He sees why they love their job now. Why would they want a raise? Living 20 an hr? More like 40 by now.
I think all CEOs and vice president should start from the bottom and go up not just get a position as a CEO at first
He can only keep up with counting his millions and exploiting his workers to the max
Love videos like this. But no one ever remembers fast food is considered "unskilled labor" which is how they justify paying so little for said labor. It is the same as factory work. Time teaches you to do the job so pay at least factory wages.
Those that can do those that can't supervise...
You're telling me that they don't have a machine that can put slices of cheese on patties? Come on.
It would be cool to think maybe he gained some respect for the grunts in his organization. But I am not so inclined to believe that he will change even one thing to help them nor appreciate what he would view as an entry level job really entails.
I'm shocked that any hands touch
them in the manufacturing process
It’s actually sickening that someone like him can be the overseer of so many lives/opportunities/ jobs, when he can’t even keep up at the bare minimum. that's why there called sliders
The only way to learn is to do so don’t say sorry
I have to tell you. WHITE CASTLE SELLS THE BEST HAMBURGERS!
In Florida they were called KRYSTALS. BUT NOW WHITE CASTELS
The next time you want to boost production rates, maybe consider that somebody is already at the attainable limit and that boosting production for your own self gain will result in catastrophic failure for your company.
Undercover bosses are subpar employees. 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
He cant keep up because he was hired off a degree and not experience.
Amazes me..boss builds company..should know how to do every job..expects others to work like robots to do job..but can't do job himself 😂.
He bout 2 quit
Great. Now I'm hungry.
Never ask other's to do what you can't- is what my father told me
I saw Todd from Breaking Bad cameo...
Why is todd aka meth damon from breaking bad there ? 😂
Wait they make them in a factory and ship them to restraints?!?! No way
I think these are the frozen ones they sell in grocery stores.
How unsanitary is that. Talking, which means spittle, both seen and unseen landing on the product. 😳👎
Why not automate the "cheese placement" process , instead of spending money on silly poor peoples jobs & involving a TV show inside your operations???
Why the hell this guy even involved with this company.
This was an old episode, but I think he was one of the more decent ones.

Why so many ppl watching him?
Slave wages I'm sure
