Very Nice lecture, May I ask a quick one, in 6:10 you suggested trying buddy wire stent anchor , I know that your skills make you confident opening artery downstream but what if the balloon still coouldnt cross the CTO?
excellent video Dr. Brilakis like usual, what do you think of balloon-assisted tracking (BAT) i tried that before and it worked for pushing the guidelines deeper in the artery, I usually start with it and if it doesn't work i move to balloon anchoring
Can the anchor technique by inflating a balloon in the side healthy branch cause stenosis because of balloon inflating? Bcz i know that we don’t touch a healthy vessel.
Wow that was excellent I don’t hesitate if someone says you are the father of PCI
Thank you for all excellent videos. They're very impressive, educational, dedicated..
