It's annoying how extremely unlikely it is that the chef shows up when you have the egg. They need to buff the chance of that happening if you have it in inventory
Unfortunately that's impossible now that runs are seeded
@@zinczombie no, you can have seeded rng that allows for varibles aswell just have a few events that that are egg checks, if you dont have an egg have them be skipped

I would highly recommend taking the egg in a summoning circle build. Lots of fun and you get to use the egg for massive heals

Even for me, remembering to select specific targets is always something that slips by at first since so few orbs have the option & the later levels often pull your targeting away anyway.

Seriously fuck the poker chip, all my homies hate the poker chip.
That last shot was quite literally the _ONLY_ time I've ever seen it come good, and it made good and damn sure to get its pound of flesh before it would even give you that...
It gets insane with multiball strategies. Each multiball triggers Chip separately, and with proper aim, you can get upwards of x50 damage.

Spiffing Crit with the Ballanx probably would've gone super hard. Exploitaball is a damn powerful mechanic if you can get the relics
Can you start to play with cruciball? Not asking to push as high as possible, but add some interesting difficulty

This series has taught me that one of the most important precepts of the game is to never, EVER take the Poker Chip relic. It's just like playing Isaac.

I got into the habit of upgrading the pebballs very soon at cruciball 10 or so. I really had problems damage wise if i didnt.

Hearing Tom complain about not having enough coins right away in the early game is a combination of funny and frustrating for me as a person trying to beat high level cruciball where it takes away starting money and lowers coins per stage a bunch

I love how AS you’re talking about the Chip negatively, you land 5 X2 damage runouts in a row. Proven that bitching makes things better.
Magnets ALWAYS lower your average damage.
You are better off NOT picking a relic.
I don't why you love the poker chip so much. the average damage is the same, except now it's not consistent, and you have 1/5 chance to take damage

Average damage is not the same. X0.5 is minus 50% but x2 is plus 100%.
So the average is 120%.
Pretty sure he doesn't love the poker chip. It just makes for funnier videos when he gets 4 half damages in a row.
