I grew up on 74th and 2nd Ave, 1963 to 1985. I, too remember sliding at Augsburg Park, and skating at the outdoor rink at Roosevelt Park. The Hub was always fun to bike to. My husband also grew up in Richfield on 15th Ave. He went to Richfield High, I went to Holy Angels. We married and moved into Century Court Apartments on 76th and Penn before we eventually built a home in Apple Valley.

7333 Wentworth Ave, a couple of blocks from Augsburg Park is where I grew up. Memories of hrs spent at the HUB, sliding down the hills of Augsburg Park in the winter, playing baseball in the Richfield Little league, ect....a good life in a good city!
