Sorry for the sudden note but in the last part, is not rlly in third person but in second person bcs since the beginning their lines address each other as Mika is given “life” after the first いつか心吹き込む口付けてと inside the story is mentioned this song is not sung towards an audience but tells a story about an artist and his beloved (that also unconsciously reflects what happens between them during this event)
