      Thank you so much dear friend , ani hjr lae kati samay bhayo stroke bhayko? Exercises garirakhnu bhayko hola,mero yas yatea ma sahbhagi bhayko ma dhanyabad, comments garirakhnu hola . Exercises chahi garirakhnus hai.

      1.5 Saal k baad mai thoda achha feel karne laga nahi to usse pahale mera half body kisine ciment se jaam kardiye jaisa lagta tha....pura free to abhi bhi nahi hua hai abhi bhi banki hai...kosis jaari hai...jab mai sir aur kandhe ke bich me mobile pakad k baat kar pau tab samajh jaunga mera kandha free ho gaya ....thanks for good question

      Peakash bhaiya ji 🙏 kaise ho aap? Dost oese to ham kitna samay me thik hoga nahi bata sakte e aapka brain me kis jagah aura kitna nuksan hua hai,aur patients kitna mehnat kar raha hai usme nirbhar hota hai,mera anubhav anusar. Banki exercises karte rahe biswas ko tutna na de thik hoga.

    Sir stiffness or pain kitna rehta hai aap ko hame tobaut rehta hai pain 1 din bilkul thik rehte hai next day fir se pain stiffness suru ho jati hai

      Ha surindar sir pain aur stiffness dono rahte hai mai bar bar video me pahle bola hu ki video me dekhe to recovery achha dikhta hai but eh sab karna really bahut difficult hota hai aur kabhi kabhi rest le liya to stiffness bade jaisa feel hota hai. Ek point tak aesa hoga but dhite dhire regular exercise se pain aur stiffness dono khatm ho jayga,so exercise karte rahana hai.

      @@nkstrokerecoveryjourney Bilkul sahi baat hai aap ki Bhai ye smasya har ek patient ko baut difficult hai isko par Krna but isko par to Krna he hai or krege b mne to sir is pain or stiffness ki wajha se baut doctor badal diye pr koi aram nahi hota ek din thik rehte hai next full stiffness or pain ho jata hai fir na koi excercise hoti or nahi walk

      Surindar sir ji aap regular exercise karo ek aesa point aayga phir na koe stiffness na kor pain hoga, lekin kya hai ki ham us point tak pugne hi wale hote hai ki hamara man hame bhatkane lagta hai, aap khud ko dekhiy pahle kaise the ab kaise ho hame eha tak exercise hi laya hai to age bhi le jayga...khud par biswas rakhe aur exercise....mera anubhav..

      Start doing finger exercises , at first sit on the chair comfortably and try to grip something , like towel or any clothes and try to release , same exercise u can do on bed , don't wear shoes while walking, u can wear slipper or chappal, do stretching exercises it gradually going better, focus everytime on it. Keep doing i will make a video on it wait ok sir but it takes time.
