This is the story of Bombay Pav Bhaji, Lucknow's. How the family went from Mumbai to Rajasthan to Punjab and then to Lucknow.
Whats also worth knowing is that because they didn't get Mumbai style Pav in UP, they now have their own factory setup.

Simi Hussain Nope not only Vada pav but Pav bhaji as well, it was created for mill workers in mumbai by Marathi people. Mill workers had a very short lunch break . Pav bhaji was meant so that it could be cooked quicker and consumed faster.
Anyone noticed they used biodegradable and natural material for plates and spoons. Nice step towards environment.

In India food is sold and mixed with emotion like gareeb aadmi ka thela , gareeb ki rozi roti ect.
Whereas the primary focus when it comes to food should always be taste and hygiene ,Jo maximum street food mein missing hota hai.
Street Food is a dhanda for most them , they don't do it with respect always .
Preparation and use of substandard inrwdients, cooking in same oil over and over again , not using clean utensils , customers not disposing the waste properly..
Thele wale jo bhi beche saaf safai ke saath beche aur ache quality ka beche , customer apne aap aayega beacuse as consumers when you fall ill or get food poisoning sab emotions loose motion ban jaata hai..
And yes Anubhav , use of biodegradable cutlery and plate is commendable.

Customer Ko sasta chaihe aur jyada bhi chaie... 5 RS bhi jyada rate ho toh bolta hai waha toh itne mein milta hai.. woh toh cream jyada Dalta hai... Chahe woh cream fake ho..... Rerhi walon k running cost aur dukan k running cost mein jameen Adnan ka fark hai. Safai rakhne k lie bhi kharcha parts hai ek bande k salary parti hai... Toh bhai boht c aur bate hai comment boht lamba ho jayega... Basically customer majboor karta hai low quality k liye..
