Excellent podcast, yes the recruiters are focusing on Deployment (kubernetes, Argocd, helm, Jenkins and docker container), 30 percent focusing on IAC (Terraform, aws Cloud formation) and focusing on Migration technology like cloud migration .... and focusing on Python most of the interview they asking python questions and focusing on Networking in docker, K8's and focusing on Security (devsecops) on each and every stage in CI/CD and 30 percent asking on monitoring visualization tools (Prometheus and Grafana) and Linux commands They're asking....... Anyone attending interviews be thorough with k8s, docker, Jenkins, IAC, python, Linux commands, git commands and Branching strategies, Vaults (HCV), certificates(SSL) and policies ....
Before attending interviews go through with your Resume prepare well and good self introduction and once go through Devops basics git,linux and cloud any (aws/azure/Gcp) ..... To me I'm good at Aws....

In my opinion..those who are getting for job with in 3-6 months, must good in One Os platform(Linux or Windows) and Virtualization (either of VMware or any cloud technologies) are fine to get job. Don't fall in DevOps...once you got the job then within the company you learn Devops skills🤞
